Brandon Walsh lives a life of passion for helping others.
In 2009 Brandon moved to North Lake Tahoe as a full-time resident to join the Squaw Valley Ski Patrol. In an effort to combine his love for skiing and desire to help others, he found himself right at home. Feeling the satisfaction from combining two things he enjoyed, Brandon took the same approach when transferring his talents to real estate in 2014 and joined the family-owned Tahoe Real Estate Group. He immediately appreciated their common values of building relationship based on trust, loyalty, and collaboration. As of 2018, Tahoe Real Estate Group was honored with the opportunity to join the exclusive and national brokerage, Compass. Brandon himself has independently sold an impressive $22 million to date.
Knowing that homes are more than just properties and one of the biggest decisions of a lifetime for many clients, Brandon’s calm demeanor and emphasis on the small details quickly stands out. He notes these traits as the key to his continued success and most importantly – his happy clients. Client satisfaction is his main goal and the opportunity to be of service to them is what motivates him every single day.
After receiving his degree from the school of business and engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Brandon opened a restaurant in his hometown of Danville, Ca. As the Managing Partner for six years, he gained a vast understanding of the intricacies of running a business while simultaneously fulfilling his entrepreneurial spirit.
The details, he learned, are what matters most. Aside from being an active member of the Squaw Valley Ski Patrol, Brandon is an avid mountain biker and outdoor sports enthusiast. In his spare time, he volunteers with local organizations to give back to the area that has provided him such a wonderful life.
Christina’s love for Tahoe is deep rooted, with some of her first memories being on the lake with her Grandparents, who have lived in Tahoe City since the mid-eighties. She moved to north lake in 2010 and quickly developed a passion for the mountain lifestyle. Spending many seasons learning how to ski at Alpine, Squaw Valley and Homewood, she now considers skiing to be the driving force for her love of life in Tahoe. She enjoys trail running, paddle boarding, mountain biking and dabbling in landscape photography. Christina also shares a love for aviation with her father and has enjoyed taking glider rides out of Truckee airport. The Reno Air Races are her favorite annual event and she can enjoy talking shop with any aviator.
Before joining the real estate world, Christina worked as an event planner and marketing director for a local restaurant group, where she developed strong skills in marketing and sales. This is where she truly fell in love with knowing how to read the needs of her clients and delivering the best service possible. She excels at intuitively understanding her client’s vision, paying close attention to details. In her previous roles she was able to participate and aid in many local fundraisers and events, giving her a deeper sense of community and pride for her home town. Connecting with people and making a positive impact in their lives is what drives her. She values hard work, integrity and superior customer service.
Christina is excited to have joined the Walsh Group, where years of expertise in Tahoe and Truckee will allow her to learn and grow strong in her new career. She has been a homeowner since 2015 and is eager to share her passion for this area with those looking to make Tahoe/Truckee their new home, or with those who have been at home here for years. Creating a healthy and exciting lifestyle is top priority, and that starts with the pursuit of finding a comfortable place to call your own.
Born and raised in Marin County, Sam's roots in Northern California are strong. Throughout his youth, Sam participated on ski teams at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley, and his family commuted to North Tahoe every weekend and holiday growing up. College brought Sam to Southern California, but four years at Chapman University followed by two years working in Orange County and San Diego was enough time away from the mountains. After moving to Tahoe full-time in 2016, Sam began working for Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows as part of the Media and Communications Team, and later joined Alpenglow Expeditions to develop the Tahoe Via Ferrata. Fueled by his love for the mountains and passion for the outdoors, Sam has ultimately discovered he wants to share the magic of Lake Tahoe with those around him.
Sam is an AMGA Apprentice Ski and Alpine Guide with Alpenglow Expeditions, teaching avalanche courses and introducing skiers and riders to the backcountry throughout the winter. While he'll be "working remote" from the skin track in the winters, Sam is excited to share his love for Tahoe in whatever season draws you here, and show you the incredible opportunities that can be found in Tahoe year round. When he's not working, Sam can be found mountain biking, water skiing, trail running, or simply exploring in search of the next secret spot of North Lake Tahoe.
